Problem

Senthil primarily acquires clients through his website, but he aims to increase brand awareness on social media especially Instagram. However, he currently lacks a strong brand identity to build from and has been inactive on his business social media accounts.

Solution

Building brand awareness through social media especially Instagram (a visual based platform) requires a strong brand identity. So before creating any strategy for his social media, I developed the brand identity first. I also provided recommendations for improving his Instagram business account, such as the bio, captions, and ideal brand voice tone.
